Loving - Kindness Meditation cultivates compassion for oneself and others by directing loving, friendly phrases and goodwill. When you engage in loving-kindness meditation, you’re essentially sending positive vibes to yourself and those around you. It’s like giving yourself a mental hug and then sharing that warmth with others. This practice entails silently reciting affirming phrases, cultivating a sense of compassion and connectedness.
